When I think about leadership, I think about all the challenges and lessons that shaped my journey. I know how it feels to carry the weight of responsibility, constantly juggle priorities, and wonder if you’re doing enough. My path began in the nonprofit world, where I spent over a decade leading teams and driving change, including six incredible years as an Executive Director. It was in those moments—leading through tight budgets, tough decisions, and big dreams—that I learned how to inspire people and navigate uncertainty. And yes, I had my fair share of doubts along the way.

At one point, I decided to take a leap and step into the corporate world. Honestly, it felt like starting all over again, but it pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I joined one of the Big Four professional services firms and worked with executives at the highest levels. I saw how even seasoned leaders struggled with change and how having the right strategies could completely transform their confidence and results. Those experiences inspired me to create tools like the Future-Ready Leadership Framework and the AAA+ Model—simple, real-world strategies that leaders can use without feeling overwhelmed.

Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of leaders—emerging managers, nonprofit directors, and corporate executives. What I’ve realized is that we’re all figuring it out as we go. I’ve felt stuck before. I’ve doubted myself, avoided tough decisions, and worried about letting people down. But I also know what it’s like to find your footing, lead with clarity, and feel that spark of purpose again. That’s why I wrote The Future-Ready Leader. It’s my way of sharing everything I’ve learned to help you navigate challenges and build the kind of leadership you’re proud of.
